| Establishement of a "consignee searching fee" CSF. |

| There are more and more cases where the informations listed on the bls about the consignee |
| and the notify are not accurate. Most of the time, there is no information about the person |
| or department to be contacted at all. |
|

| |
|
|
|
|
|
|
| We had to hire a full time person only to find out the telephone number of the consignees, to |
| call them and to get the name and details of the person in charge of the relevant shipment. |
| |
|
|
|
|
|
|
| In order to cover these costs, we are forced to establish a "consignee searching fee" |
|
| that will be of 5 euros per house bl whenever the following details are not listed on |
|
| the bill of lading: |

* name of the person in charge of the consignement |
|
| |
|
* email adress of the person in charge of the consignement |
| |
|
|
|
|
|
|
| This surcharge can either be prepaid or collect. |
|
|
|
| Without contrary notice from you, this surcharge will be collected from the consignee. |

| We will start billing this surcharge for all shipments that have been shipped ex origin after |
| the 15 july 2012 |
