With the domestic haulage situation continuing to cause problems across the UK, we must kindly ask for your patience during this difficult period whilst we are trying our best to overcome the problems we are facing.
Unfortunately, the increase in problems incurred is resulting in more incoming emails and phone calls, which is rapidly increasing and becoming difficult to respond as quickly as we would prefer to.
We kindly request there are no further requests for delivery ETA's unless these have been booked as Timed Delivery, which we can offer for a nominal fee. Otherwise, all deliveries will be between 8 am to 5.30 pm.
We endeavor to resolve any problems as quickly as possible for you, and your understanding during this difficult period is greatly appreciated.
