 We have receive the following notice from the carrier as with immediate
effect loading  shipped on  board  4/2/2021 ( from port of orig  )
We will charge YANGON  EMERGENCY RISK SURCHARGE usd 12.00 per w/m3 on top of
the tariff rate. Charges must be prepaid as we are not able to collect from
consignee.
