| Establishement of a "consignee searching fee" CSF. | ||||||
| There are more and more cases where the informations listed on the bls about the consignee | ||||||
| and the notify are not accurate. Most of the time, there is no information about the person | ||||||
| or department to be contacted at all. | ||||||
| We had to hire a full time person only to find out the telephone number of the consignees, to | ||||||
| call them and to get the name and details of the person in charge of the relevant shipment. | ||||||
| In order to cover these costs, we are forced to establish a "consignee searching fee" | ||||||
| that will be of 5 euros per house bl whenever the following details are not listed on | ||||||
| the bill of lading: | ||||||
| * name of the person in charge of the consignement | ||||||
| * email adress of the person in charge of the consignement | ||||||
| This surcharge can either be prepaid or collect. | ||||||
| Without contrary notice from you, this surcharge will be collected from the consignee. | ||||||
| We will start billing this surcharge for all shipments that have been shipped ex origin after | ||||||
| the 15 july 2012 | ||||||
