The Port Authority of Thailand has no function of transporting goods to the customers.  Its function  is mainly on moving the goods shipped to Port and take the goods to be stocked at the warehouse or outdoor patio for the owner of goods to receive and pick it up.    There will not be moving the goods  away from the Port, so its function will be treated as “ship goods” not “transport goods” that is to be connected between  vessel of goods with other vehicles.

 

The employee who has worked for Port Authority of Thailand  (Driving a  motor boat to navigate or propel the vessel of goods  from the mouth of the Chao Phraya River which entering to the Port of Bangkok , Driving a forklift, Rickshaw or Guard security  which made by the Employee, will not be treated as  “transport goods” in accordance with the Commission Regulations Related Enterprises   B.E. 2534  No. 28 (2)
